Horse Snow Angels

Dug this one out of the archives. This was during our vacation to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons in early October 2009. This was one of my "drive-by" photos; I didn't ask Mike to stop the car. I had heard that horses will do this but this was the first time I'd seen it for myself. This definitely gave me a smile and made me wonder what the horse was thinking! =)

Update on Best Friends Animal Society, Twice as Nice Campaign

On December 15, I wrote a post about a wonderful organization, Best Friends Animal Society, and their quest to reach $1 million in donations. For all of you who read my post, I think you will be happy and excited to know that they DID make their goal. If you would like to read about it, here is a link to their story.
